The Repair Café network keeps growing. This week we put the 1,500th local initiative on the website. A new milestone!
The 1,500th Repair Café is located in Guérande in France. It is organized by Michel Kerboriou and his volunteers.
Lots of success repairing
In the local paper Presquile Gazette they explain: “We throw away piles of stuff in France. Even things which practically have nothing wrong with them, and which could easily be used again after a simple repair. Unfortunately, many people have forgotten that they can have things repaired. With the Repair Café we want to change that.”
Repair Café International warmly congratulates the new organizer, and wishes all volunteers in Guérande a lot of success and fun repairing.
