Repair Cafe Fukuoka is the first Repair Café International certified location in Kyushu, and one of seven in Japan. Operated by SWANOIR LLC, an IoT and EV charger development company.
We repair e-bikes, mechanical watches, and home appliances in our IoT device development workshop — which also happens to have a traditional Japanese tea room where we serve matcha. Repairs are by reservation only.
For e-bikes, we specialize in VanMoof, sourcing genuine parts directly from the Netherlands through our network from when VanMoof’s Dutch headquarters was still in operation. Other e-bike brands are also welcome.
Our watch repair specialist handles mechanical watches, including overhauls, parts replacement, and adjustments. For home appliances, we take on everything from fans and toasters to items other shops have turned away.
Labour is generally free. You may be charged for replacement parts, overseas shipping, or specialized e-bike work. We always discuss costs before proceeding. Most repairs are performed in your presence.
