Repair Cafe Purbeck offers repairs to textiles and clothing, household appliances and objects; bicycles; can help with software issues on laptops, tablets, or phones; advise on ailing pot plants and other minor repairs to items which need gluing. Skills of Fixers available will vary at each event, feel free to contact us in advance to check availability.
We are equipped to carry out safety tests (PAT test) on small electrical appliances. We aim to grow our range of fixing as more volunteers join us.
We hold our events in Swanage most months on the third Saturday and in Wareham quarterly. We also attend some other local events.
We will give a warm welcome to anyone who would like to join our friendly group. Drop us an email or Facebook message or just turn up and see us in action. Tea, coffee and cake always available.
